Ever wondered what the Microbiome is? It's linked to our overall health as well as: mental health, weight, digestion, energy levels and hormones.
Gwen‘s talk will focus on foods that optimise digestive health such as broth, vinegars and fermented foods and tips on how to incorporate those into your daily diet.
Gwen Gibson is an experienced and qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT,CNHC) with a special interest in Gut Health. She is passionate about educating her clients on the importance of gut health for overall health.
