This is our perfect Christmas cheeseboard.
Nick Copland and Vickie Rogerson - founders of Homage2Fromage – have put together a fabulous festive selection!
Nick says, “There are no set rules for a Christmas cheeseboard but as a guide, it makes sense to have a variety of types but then balance it out with some favourites. We started with a good hard cheese, added a goat’s or sheep’s cheese, maybe thrown in a washed rind stinky cheese, then something soft and white, adding a decent big blue (after all it is Christmas!) and then something a bit unusual?
As usual it'll be all you can eat! EIGHT CHEESES - plus crackers, chutney and all the trimmings...! There will be score sheets and tasting notes...
With a short presentation to talk you through the cheese you have been eating – this is an amazing way to find out more about these awesome Cheeses!
