Exclusive Use Farm Party

Private use of the children’s play space for your party group. Available daily 3:30–5:30pm, with access 30 minutes before for decorating. Unlimited cordial is included.

Farm Fun Party

A smaller party option using the shared play space, with a reserved area for your group. Choose 10:00am–12:00pm or 1:00–3:00pm, with access 30 minutes before for decorating. Unlimited cordial is included.

Party terms and conditions
  • The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable.
  • We will contact you 2 weeks before the party to confirm numbers and send a final invoice which is due 1 week before the party.
  • If you would like to change the date or time after booking due to circumstances beyond your control, this is subject to an admin fee and availability, which cannot be guaranteed.
  • We cannot offer refunds for no-shows, although another child may attend in their place if time permits.
  • It is your responsibility to inform Yolk Farm in advance of any food allergies or other important facts concerning guests.
  • You can bring your own cake and eat it on the premises.
  • Only children attending the party are catered for in the package. Adults wishing to eat should order at the Yard at Yolk Counter. Only children’s party food can be consumed in the Yard at Yolk Barn.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult while playing and generally on site. A minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children is required, with 1-to-1 supervision for children under 3.
  • Yolk Farm does not provide a party host. Any professional host or entertainer must be agreed in advance and provide valid Public Liability Insurance and a valid DBS check.
  • You may bring decorations for the children’s party tables. Confetti balloons or cannons, sharp or dangerous items, and flammable materials are not allowed. Small cake candles are fine; sparklers are not permitted.
  • You are responsible for leaving the room as you found it. Please inform Yolk Farm in advance of any special requests.
