The Yard At Yolk is an indoor-meets-outdoor play barn for free range family fun.

Yard At Yolk gives children space to explore, make-believe and burn off some energy, indoors and out, while parents and carers can settle in with Yolk Farm coffee, snacks, ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes.
Just turn up during opening hours and let the free-range fun begin.

The Yard has its own dedicated tea and coffee counter, serving the same Yolk Farm coffee and hot drinks you’ll find in the main restaurant.
There are savoury snacks, cakes, brownies, ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes and children’s picnic boxes too.

We are open 09:00–16:00 every day during summer hours.
No. Keeping the barn unheated helps keep the entry price low.
Yes. There is a dedicated tea and coffee counter with Yolk Farm coffee and hot drinks, plus savoury snacks, cakes, brownies, ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes and picnic boxes for children.
Please park in the main Yolk Farm car park. The barn is signposted from there and is around a two-minute walk away.
The car park is gravelled. The inside of the barn is concrete and all on one level.
Yes. Access to the farm and the animals is free.
No, but Yolk Farm Shop and Yolk Farm Kitchen are, as is the rest of the farm as long as your dog is on a lead.
Please supervise your children at all times. If any equipment looks damaged, please let the team know and do not use it.
There is an accessible portaloo with baby-change facilities at the barn. There are also toilets in Yolk Farm Kitchen.
