Story Yoga
Join us for a two magical classes designed for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, combining baby yoga, toddler music, sign, song and dance, in the beautiful countryside setting of Yolk Farm.
Led by qualified instructor, Lauren, children will stretch, move, imagine and create while building confidence, coordination and creativity.
No experience is needed and parents/carers stay and join the fun throughout.

Thursdays 9.45am - 10.25am (4 months to pre-school age)
Our fun-filled Sign & Dance sessions combine much-loved nursery rhymes with British Sign Language (BSL), helping little ones learn through music, movement, and play.
Each week brings an exciting new theme, giving children thechance to dress up and enjoy a different adventure every session. Fromenergetic dancing and jumping to interactive songs and signing, there's alwayssomething to keep little ones engaged and smiling.
We also enjoy plenty of bubble fun, colourful parachute songs, and opportunities to build confidence, communication skills, and friendships in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Story Yoga 📚🧘
Thursdays 10.35am - 11.15am - Story Yoga for Toddlers to pre-school
Step into a world of imagination with our magical Story Yogasessions, where books come to life through movement, mindfulness, andadventure.
Each week, we explore a different story and bring it to lifethrough fun and engaging yoga poses. Little ones can stretch, balance, roar,flutter, and wiggle their way through exciting tales while developingcoordination, confidence, creativity, and body awareness.
Our sessions are designed to be gentle, playful, andinclusive, encouraging children to use their imaginations while enjoying themany benefits of yoga. We also finish each class with a calming relaxationperiod, giving children the opportunity to regulate their emotions, unwind, andsimply enjoy a moment of stillness.
