Farm-tastic Play Equipment: Our barn is a roost of fun! With our giant sand pit, farm shop role play, vegetable garden role play, construction role play, egg collecting role play, and mini trikes, there's no shortage of egg-sploration for the little adventurers.

Fresh-air Fun: Say goodbye to cramped indoor spaces! At Yolk Farm, children can roam freely in our spacious play area, enjoying the fresh country air in our outdoor area while having the time of their lives. You can also take a walk of the farm and see the animals - goats, pigs, alpacas, hens - during your visit.

Cracking Good Eats: Our farm-fresh catering options delight both little taste buds and grown-up palates. From our tasty farm-to-table snacks to our delicious homemade treats, we serve up nutritious and delicious fare that will fuel the party-goers' enthusiasm. Parents can order hot drinks (including our incredible Yolk Farm coffees) and snacks too from our coffee bar.

Our farm is your canvas to create an egg-ceptional event.  To secure your booking, you only need to pay a £50 deposit, and we will discuss all details and send the final bill 3 weeks before the event.

Yard At Yolk Exclusive Use

£16 per child

  • Available every day 4pm - 6pm (access 30 minutes before to decorate)
    Exclusive use of our kids play space including mini trikes, mini shop and market play, sand pit
  • Minimum of 20, maximum of 60 children
  • Seating area for food and drinks and seating
  • Bespoke downloadable party invitations
  • 2 food options
  • Unlimited cordial throughout the party
  • Walk around our farm and say hi to our animals    
  • £50 deposit (non-refundable), balance payable on day of party

Farm Fun Parties (non-exclusive use)

£12.95 per child

 

  • Available any day 10:00-12:00 or 13.00 – 15.00 (access 30 minutes before to decorate)
  • Shared use of our kids play space including mini trikes, mini shop and market play, sand pit
  • Minimum of 6, maximum of 20 children
  • Reserved area for food and drinks and seating/parent’s chill area
  • Bespoke downloadable party invitations
  • Two food options (see below)
  • Unlimited cordial throughout the party
  • Walk around our farm and say hi to our animals    
  • £50 deposit (non-refundable), balance payable two weeks before the party

Terms and Conditions for Children's Parties at Yard At Yolk:
  • The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable.
  • We will contact you 3 weeks before the party to confirm numbers and send a final invoice which is due 2 weeks before the party.
  • If you would like to change the date or time of your party after booking (*due to circumstances beyond your control) this will be subject to an admin fee and availability which cannot be guaranteed.
  • We cannot offer refunds for any no-shows, however, you could bring another child, time permitting.
  • It is your responsibility to inform Yolk Farm of any food allergies or other important facts concerning all guests attending in advance of the party.
  • You can bring your own cake and eat it on the premises.
  • Only children attending the party are catered for in the package - any adults wishing to eat should order at the Yard At Yolk Counter. Only the children's party food can be consumed in the Yard At Yolk Barn.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult whilst playing in the Yard at Yolk barn and in general on site. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children for the duration of the party and 1 to 1 supervision for children under 3 years.
  • We don't provide a party host, but if you would like to bring your own professional host or entertainer, then it must be pre-agreed with us and the entertainer must supply proof of valid Public Liability Insurance and a valid DBS check in advance of the party.
  • You are welcome to bring decorations for the kid's party tables. Please note we don't allow confetti balloons/cannons, sharp or dangerous items including knives, or flammable materials. If in doubt please get in touch (small cake candles are fine, no sparklers please).
  • You are responsible for leaving the room as you found it. Please inform us in advance of any special requests.
