As the festive season approaches, Minskip Farm Shop is excited to unveil the ultimate Yorkshire Christmas Dinner—a perfect blend of local produce, sustainability, and unbeatable flavour.

Our Christmas feast stars free-range, award-winning Bronze Turkeys from Herb Fed Poultry in Easingwold. These birds are fed a unique diet that includes over 10 varieties of fresh herbs, resulting in unrivaled flavor. Raised sustainably in open fields, as all poultry should be, these turkeys offer a truly special dining experience that reflects both the care taken in their farming and the natural goodness of Yorkshire.

Accompanying your turkey are homemade festive sides, crafted right here at Minskip Farm Shop. Prepared with the freshest local ingredients, our side dishes capture the true essence of Yorkshire cooking:

This festive season, Yolk Farm is teaming up with Real Markets to host a Makers Market alongside our magical Santa’s Grotto—bringing together creativity, community, and Christmas cheer under one barn roof!
