Terms and Conditions for Children's Parties at Yard At Yolk:
  • The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable.
  • We will contact you 3 weeks before the party to confirm numbers and send a final invoice which is due 2 weeks before the party.
  • If you would like to change the date or time of your party after booking (*due to circumstances beyond your control) this will be subject to an admin fee and availability which cannot be guaranteed.
  • We cannot offer refunds for any no-shows, however, you could bring another child, time permitting.
  • It is your responsibility to inform Yolk Farm of any food allergies or other important facts concerning all guests attending in advance of the party.
  • Only children attending the party are catered for in the package - any adults wishing to eat should order at the Yard At Yolk Counter. Only the children's party food can be consumed in the Yard At Yolk Barn.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult whilst playing in the Yard at Yolk barn and in general on site. We require a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 5 children for the duration of the party and 1 to 1 supervision for children under 3 years.
  • We don't provide a party host, but if you would like to bring your own professional host or entertainer, then it must be pre-agreed with us and the entertainer must supply proof of valid Public Liability Insurance and a valid DBS check in advance of the party.
  • You are welcome to bring decorations for the kid's party tables. Please note we don't allow confetti balloons/cannons, sharp or dangerous items including knives, or flammable materials. If in doubt please get in touch (small cake candles are fine, no sparklers please).
  • You are responsible for leaving the room as you found it. Please inform us in advance of any special requests.
