ANTED: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Yolk Farm - including: Minskip Farm Shop, Yolk Farm Kitchen, Yard At Yolk, Yolk Farm Events
Full Time Position - 5 days over 7 including weekends (all day time hours)
Salary between £25-27k

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a genuine passion for exceeding excellence within our hospitality & retail sectors.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of management experience in hospitality & retail with strong product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Assisting our General Manager with the day-to-day, smooth running of the business alongwith covering their absence.
We are looking for someone with experience who can learn effectively, take the initiative and work hard, and progress in their role.
Weekends are essential to this role and will consist of 5 days over 7. Shifts are daytime hours with the flexibility of covering the occasional evening when an event is on.
