There’s a new wellness buzz at Yolk Farm Shop! Wild Feather Wellness will be popping up on Friday 6th Feb with their beautifully crafted wood-fired wild sauna — bringing deep heat, fresh air, and a much-needed reset. Relax tired muscles, ease stress, support circulation and cardiovascular health, and boost that post-sauna glow while watching alpacas wander the fields through the large sauna window. With a cold plunge included, you’re free to move between hot, cold, hot, cold, letting your body reset at its own rhythm.

🔥 £15 for a 55-minute sauna + cold plunge session. Sessions available from 12pm- 7pm

🔥 Private hire for up to 8 people – £95 (two sessions available at 6pm & 7pm)

🙏🏻 Add a 60-minute Sound Bath at 4.30pm- 5.30pm. An additional £20 the perfect add-on to your Wild Sauna experience at Yolk.  You’ll be gently immersed in soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls and gongs, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to deeply relax.

No experience is needed — simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Sound baths can help reduce stress, ease tension, improve sleep, and promote a deep sense of calm and well being

IMPORTANT - Select the 6th of February to find the Sauna and Sound Bath offerings, then follow the instructions to complete the booking. For the Sound Bath, please bring your own blanket and pillow if required for extra comfort. Mats, small cushions and water will be provided.
