We're looking for a skilled, passionate Baker to join our team at Yolk Farm. If you love creating high‑quality bakes and want a role with a great work/life balance, this could be for you.
✨ The Role
Full‑time, up to 40 hours
5 days over 7 (weekends included)
08:00–16:00daytime hours
Creative input into new bakes & specials
Producing high‑quality baked goods
Staying organised during busy service
Being part of a positive, supportive team

2+ years' baking experience
Strong skills & attention to detail
Knowledge of kitchen operations & food safety
Experience in a busy, customer‑focused environment
Positive attitude, great communication, proactive mindset
Leadership experience is a bonus
